Jessica is the Program Manager for the Virginia Eviction Reduction Program (VERP) at THRIVE. The VERP program is designed for clients that are seeking financial assistance with critical bills in order to prevent eviction and the state sets guidelines on who qualifies for funds. All clients who apply for financial assistance are automatically screened for eligibility to the program. 

Jessica has a background in banking and has a passion for financial literacy to help people make the best financial decision for themselves and their families. Jessica comes to the area as a military spouse and began her journey with THRIVE by volunteering in The Market after learning about its mission and its impact on the community. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling with her family and pets.
