Keona is a dedicated finance professional with 20 years of experience in the financial industry, complemented by a diverse background that includes becoming a licensed realtor in 2016.

With a passion for numbers and a heart for service, Keona transitioned to a bookkeeping role at her church, where she successfully managed financial operations for four years. Keona joined the THRIVE Staff as the Finance Manager in December 2024. Her expertise lies in budgeting and saving, and she is motivated by opportunities to contribute to organizations that serve both their internal teams and the broader community.

In her free time, Keona enjoys spending quality moments with her family, diving into a good book, or exploring her newest creative hobby—building Lego masterpieces.
