Caroline Dutle

Director of Development

Caroline is the Director of Development, working with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and volunteers in fundraising and capacity building to advance the mission of THRIVE Peninsula.

Caroline has a passion for connecting people to causes, empowering change through inspiring people to make an impact for the greater good – be it through gifts of time, shared skills, or financial support. Previously as a THRIVE volunteer, Caroline coached the 2021 Let Christmas THRIVE program, increasing the outreach from 40 children in 2020 to 437 children in 2021.

The Dutle family lives for adventure. Always up for exploring the senses and experiencing the world. Be it in the kitchen, a good book, a museum, out in nature, on the road, they take their wanderlust very seriously.
