Driven by a belief in the power of shared humanity, Caroline knows that true change happens when people unite in service, bringing their time, talents, and resources together for the greater good. Working closely with the Executive Director, Board, and dedicated volunteers, she guides fundraising and capacity-building efforts that allow THRIVE’s mission to reach deeper into the heart of our community. Together, we can invest resources, inspire action, and create beams of hope that brighten the future across the Peninsula.

The Dutle family lives with a spirit of adventure, finding joy in every experience, from cooking up new recipes to exploring the outdoors. Their philosophy is simple: life’s most meaningful moments are those shared, and they strive to inspire others to connect, give back, and be part of a ripple of positivity that reaches every corner of their world.
