Program Manager - Level Up

Tammy Petty manages our Level Up Program which helps families reach their long-term financial goals. She also distributes financial assistance and provides financial coaching services to families facing economic distress. Tammy has worked in banking for 14 years; she has worked as an acting branch manager as well as managed accounts, and provided financial and credit counseling to customers.

Her love for Christ drives her passion to motivate, encourage, and empower others to succeed personally and financially. Before joining the staff at THRIVE, Tammy volunteered at the organization as a financial coach; she is also a public notary. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, making crafts, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
