Theresa Beal is the Client Services Manager II at THRIVE Peninsula and is responsible for helping people that are in need of financial assistance. She will also help form new community connections for the organization.

In the past, Theresa has worked with local companies and other non-profits to coordinate outreach programs such as food drives and Christmas programs to provide families in need with presents for their children. In addition, she has engaged in fundraising efforts to finance various outreach programs. Her greatest accomplishment is planning, organizing, and implementing the Bright Beginnings Program, which assisted 50 to 100 families with new school clothes, supplies, and new book bags for the school year.

Theresa enjoys serving others, giving them hope, and helping them to reach their goals. She grew up in Texas and loves sports, especially football. Her favorite NFL team is the Dallas Cowboys and she describes herself as a diehard fan.  She also loves the beach, and hot weather. She says “the hotter, the better!”
